I like treating doors with the same importance as a portrait. Here I have collaged a door from the small village of Trigance in southern France with the view that you see when you look down on the village from the hilltop chateau's balcony. This is one in a series of three watercolors that I did featuring Trigance. The hilltop chateau is now a hotel and restaurant open during the summer months of the year.
